An innovative business model and intrapreneurship journey for sustainability
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Imagine everyone encourages you to be kind to the Earth and society, even banks.
How to implement the ESG concept into a bank? Based on an innovative business model, we designed a new digital financial services for Taiwan Business Bank, including brand new digital banking app, credit card, and customer reward project. This not only gives consumers support and feedback for every sustainable consumption, but also directly influences society.

CONTRIBUTION
As a team leader, I was responsible for leading the overall progress of the project and reporting progress to our industry mentor and teaching assistant. In addition, I was also jointly responsible for brand redesign, product design, prototyping, and presentation.
RESULTS
Our innovative business model was favored by the bank's internal managers. Considering the client is a traditional bank, they were unable to make immediate changes. However, a year later, they began to implement many of our initial recommendations for significant sustainability reforms, such as launching a new sustainable credit card, thereby winning the 2023 Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards.
Tripartite Cooperation Model
Starting from the digital account of Taiwan Business Bank, we established an innovative business model centered on ESG values and actions, creating a win-win situation for the Bank, customers, and partner companies.
Member Tiers & Benefits
Based on the accumulated number of sustainable points, customers will have different membership levels and receive different loan discounts and other benefits.
Sustainability Credit Card
Using the mascot of Taiwan Business Bank, Hokii, as a symbol. I design a new credit card's appearance. And the new credit card is more friendly and have more benefits for sustainable consumers.
New Bank App
In order to complete our solution, we redesign Taiwan Business Bank's app. Changing its key vision to aquamarine colors, we also add four new service according to our solution.
